FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Question not covered? Write to us — or go straight to the placement test.

How do online classes work? +
Classes run live over video: at fixed times you meet your group and your teacher, you speak, ask questions and get corrections on the spot — like a classroom, without the journey.
How big are the groups? +
We keep groups small, usually 6 to 12 people, so everyone actually gets to speak during the lesson.
What do I need technically? +
A computer, tablet or phone with a camera and microphone, and a stable internet connection. Headphones help; nothing else is required.
I missed a lesson — what now? +
You get the materials and tasks through the learning platform and can catch up. Tell your teacher and the next session will cover it.
Are materials included in the price? +
Yes. All digital materials, homework, corrections and access to the learning platform are part of the course.
Can I join from abroad? +
Yes, you can join from anywhere — just check the class times in your time zone. We run both morning and evening groups.
